Ebay have been caught with their pants down big time
Two months after ebay have been hacked, they are now telling people to change their passwords
They were attacked between February and March and they are only now warning people
They are telling people that you don't need to change your paypal password
How many people have the same password for both

Going by the UK news, a lot of the data that's been taken, is not encrypted
Dob, address, telephone number etc are kept unencrypted
Only your passwords are encrypted there

A friend in Canada had no idea about the present shit storm going on with Ebay

    Change your ebay password now

I haven't logged into ebay in ages. The other day I got an email to change my password. I couldn't remember my user account or email so I said hell with it.

The bits I buy online now, I buy from shops in China
Same stuff sold on ebay, but from the Chinese shops that do the drop shipping
Ebay was good in the early days, but now it seems to be overpriced when you compare the prices you pay to what the big online shops in China charge
