Bugs or Problems Since the AA Merge

    If you have any issues since the merge of Admin Addict please let me know. Problems you could run into are permissions problems. Not being able to access areas you had access to before the merge. I spent the better part of night fixing permissions that were broken or not set right and I want to make sure everything is good.

    Not since but the members page still needs to be rebuilt http://admin-talk.com/members/

    Click the top user listed and he only has like 7 actual posts.

    I see the problem. That is some leftovers from when Brandon had the general forums imported to this site. I've been working on cleaning that all day. I have to rebuild user stats to fix that one, but, I don't want to do it until I get the orphaned posts out of the database.

    Did you end up not importing a lot of XF topics from AA to here. I was searching and unless the search isn't throwing them up, it seems most of those XF topics me and Mark.B posted in was not imported here from AA.

    I'm one of the original members here from when @Brandon acquired the site from @Kaiser and like to pop by now and then, but it does seem my post count is non-existent and I lost a lot of the groups/permissions I was in, including the "Legendary Admin" orange name/banner :(

    It seems most of your posts were in forums that were removed. When I rescanned the database and purged all the orphans the batch file I used updated user post counts.

    I'll reset your permissions.

    Thanks man, though search on my profile clearly shows my previous posts still being public in existing forums, so I guess the count was disabled for older entries :giggle:

    I don't know what could have happened then. Maybe a glitch in the cleanup part when I removed all the orphans.

    I flushed the user cache and that seems to have done it.
