    I've showed your post to a friend looking for a XF license. So if the OP doesn't buy it, hopefully someone else will.

    Looks more like you can receive PM's, but the person buying with only 17 posts to their name, doesn't have "enough posts yet" to send you a PM. I just tried sending you a PM, starting one and could have sent it to you. But didn't send one, just tested it only.

    It highlights a problem here really. If new members can use this forum to advertise or reply buying items. Then they really should be able to use PM system after 1 post. As most people will jump straight into PM anyway when buying and selling to swap private information soon after.

    Either that, or make this forum same post count required for using, as needed for using PM system.
