Anyone create custom forms with this hack / mod or others?

Or, some other custom option to create forms for your forums?

Just curious what other options everyone has used out there. And, did you gather the information that you needed or did it just sit there and not get used?

 

Most of the forms I have use and external script from vb. So I use the following to create mine.

So, you have an external script and then 'place it' within the webtemplates' custom page?

Which external script(s) do you use?

 

I use Easy Forms for my staff application and stuff, as its easy to use and the members follow it fairly well.

 

I use Form Tools

So far it's the best one I like.
