Any other details or specifications: NCIS Fans online should be a classy design inside a black "Bullet"(for want of a Better word. The NCIS/NCIS LA Images should be in the background. The slogan should be in cursive,scrawling across the bottom of the banner.

I'm not a pro or anything, but here is a shot at what I think you are trying to describe. I do not know what you mean by this "bullet"? Are you referring to a bullet shape?
