How many hours a day do you spend on your forum?

Just curious. How many hours a day do you spend on your forum?

And, actually, how many hours a day should a decent administrator spend on his forum?

 

I will be the first one to answer the question.

I spend somewhere from 2 to 9 hours a day on my forum.
Usually this is 2-3 hours a day. But if there is some emergency, I spend more time.

 

I'll usually spend from 4 to 6 for each one. Split through out the day.

 

10 hours probably isn't unreasonable lol. If I'm at home, I'm on my laptop doing something. Forum ALWAYS in the background

2 to 8 hours, depending if I have a lot of other stuff to do. Admining right now, 3 AM here lol

I'm embarrassed to say 8+ hours, I have it on in the background while I'm at work all day, then do a few more hours when I get home.

 

Generally 8 hours.

Then again, I'm not really what you'd call a normal administrator either.

 

10+ hrs.

We're self employed and work at home. So my site is always up on the desk top or laptop. If I have to leave the house for any reason I have my Black Berry.

 

Sad to say this, but, I'm awake for 18 hours a day. At least 12 of that I have my forums open. Always doing something. I'll be at work, forum is open. I'll come home, forum is open. I'm playing with my kids, forum is open

 

If I'm on the computer I'm on my forum. With school and work it varies, but usually it's about 10+ hours.

 

Far too many. Hell, I probably lost count. I'm literally on the internet about three quarters of the day.

Just started up a new forum (link in sig) so spending a lot of time trying to drive in traffic.

 

Unfortunately not as much as I would like, I tend to spend an hour a day during the week but at the weekend I am usually on it between 7+ hours
