So who did it, and preordered!

Just wondering how many have actually went ahead and preordered.

I did, I know it was a crappy handled situation, but there isn't anything going to change the price for the customers, so I figured grabbing the discount was the way to go.

 

I'm going to do it for one, possibly two licenses. Haven't done it yet, but soon

 

Don't know. Not this week for sure and they keep editing and changing the ordering page to implement the changes Ray announced.

 

I'll be doing it once the ad revenue for the month all trickles in.

 

I'm not upgrading.

 

At this precise moment, no one is buying anything. Nothing works at vb.com.

Maybe the server was so hot it needed to cool down. : p

 

Not me, I'm happy with 3.8.4 which is just as well since I can't afford the upgrade anyway lol

 

Seems that most everyone is at a conference in L.A. so that's probably why.

Wayne went to LA for a conference, I guess with the higher-ups.
That's all the info I have.

 

We will be ordering the suite next week reluctantly. It feels like were forced to buy it otherwise we may lose out on a good deal and regret so later.

 

Does this thread count for the people who already had an active license or also the ones who bought one?

 

I presume it counts for anybody who has upgraded to the vB 4 Forum or Suite.

Personally, I have not yet. I don't think I ever will, either. I don't plan to do much with vBulletin for the next few years, and I'm probably going to leave my sites on 3.8.4.

 

I upgraded. However if they screw it up one more time I'll switch all my projects to IPB. All my new projects will currently start in IPB.

Not yet, but I guess I will before 30th October. I only have a leased license at the moment so I guess the $130 isn't such a bad deal for me.
