For some reason... not too long ago I think I had well over 1000 reputation points and hundreds of thanked posts, so did FMB, Chris and Dave.

Wonder what happend, must of been a bug or something.

Well people can find your posts helpful or unhelpful. You use it how you want to. The more points you have the more points you give others if you rate their posts helpful.

120 out of 121 of my rated posts were deemed helpful for a total of 1703 reputation points.

 

I'd give you a helpful rating, but theres a reason i cant. infractions im guessing.

 

No, only certain sections of the forums have it enabled.

I don't really like "Thanks" or "Helpful Post" mods. They can make some people feel like they're better than others, or the opposite, that they're worse because of not having many points or posts that are deemed to be helpful.

Another forum that I'm on installed the "Thanks" mod, and I protested it all I could, even tho at the time I had the top spot as far as Thanked posts. Well, other than the site's owner.

I've thanked a couple of times here, but most of the time I forget that this mod even exists. :o
