When youre selling a domain name what information is it best to include when selling it?

All I can think of is this:

    Domain Name
    Price Wanted for it
    Expiry Date
    Current Registrar

    Am I missing anything?

I am also wondering if it is free to transfer a domain from say namecheap to godaddy? I know it is free namecheap to namecheap but I am not sure about that way.

    Thanks.

Maybe you should include the age of the domain? They say the older ones are more valuable.

Nope, it usually costs money to go from one registrar to another (GoDaddy -> Namecheap) but its usually free to stay within that registrar (Namecheap -> Namecheap)

    Don't forge to include:
    Age of domain
    If its ever been dropped
If any site was established there and what the site was about
    Pagerank/Search engine listings if applicable.

According to RegistrarSTATS, namecheap isn't even listed, probably because they have been using Enom until just this year. Sadly, Godaddy is outperforming even Enom by about 20m domains, which is proof that viral marketing works I guess.
