How would one go about!

Ok quick questions for the masters of vbulletin here... I was browsing the internet (as I do when bored) and stumbled across a website (it just so happens to be for my favorite EPL Team Everton) and saw something that I would not mind implementing on my site:

Behind each of the catergory titles there is an image there and was wondering how i could go about setting something simular up on my forums?

Any ideas? I have tried a few things but they haven't worked.

yea..i'd like to know how to do this and also how to change the statusicon too :-D

 

CSS background-image for .tcat

 

cheers and obviously make the picture the same size as they have!

 

If you adjust your CSS you could use any size image Just change the height to whatever your image is.

 

use a background image on the table category class.

 

You can change the statusicons from the Edit Forums screen. It allows you to enter a prefix for that forums statusicons, then simply upload the new images to your directory

Example:

forum1_new_posts.gif
forum1_nonew_posts.gif
