You know that he has a life right? Not spending his time on the computer all the time....

I just ordered this morning Ronald. So, I wouldn't expect anything immediate.

I will be sending him a follow-up/confirmation email this morning as well though. ;)

The transfer process takes a couple of days with vBulletin, so it's not out of the ordinary to wait 3 to 5 business days to get everything done. Remember, the man has a life and needs to spend time on the weekend for himself and his family/friends :)

I wouldn't expect to have the licenses transferred to me until early next week. Luckily I'm not in a rush so it's cool with me. :D

Good luck and keep us posted on what your interactions with him are Ronald

    I'm half-concerned right now.

I placed an order in early Sept, and I had to contact him to get it through, but that one went swimmingly.

Then I placed another order on the 19th, and I have not heard back from him, even after several attempts to contact him by email.

That said, and the reason I'm only half-concerned is that some people don't get emails from my primary email account, so today I contacted him with with a different email. Hopefully he'll receive that one.

If you ordered that long ago, I'd start to wonder whether maybe something is wrong your end? Double check your emails. When I ordered one, he replied saying 3 month wasn't in stock but 5 month was. That slowed things down, because I had to reply to his email.

Or, he could have not replied yet. Although, most members here have (recently) got their orders and licences transferred within 7 days, so I don't know. Hope this helps!

If you read the past posts, it takes him awhile. You do know he has a life right? Not just staying on his site to transfer licenses right away. Give it time man.;)

After I ordered my three licenses yesterday, there were only two or three total 7-12month licenses left. Who can beat those prices, you know?

He's running a business. One or two cases that require his attention is understandable, but when this issue goes on for months at a time, it's unacceptable. He shouldn't be accepting new purchases/payments if he isn't around go process them.

Lack of communication is the worst mistake you can make as a business owner....

i agree with you, nick. selling things online you have to always check your email etc..for example: if you selling item on ebay, ppl paid for your item already, but you never bother to update them or never even bother to view your own ebay account. how the buyer will feel? sad, angry?
