Two times a day - every 12 hours. I´m using mysqldumper via cronjob and am very pleased with it.

    Us too.

Then 2x a week a backups and monthly full site backups are sent to another hosting account.

If some unhappy member tries to send a copyright issue to my host (or any number of other things), and my site is deleted/destroyed, I would like to have something to fall back on. Chances are extremely slim, but still like to be sure.

The monthly backups could be restored on a test account to give a look back in time as well, a more thorough version of thewayback machine.

I have never run a half-busy forum, so most of my database once a week, some before and after the installation file backup minor changes, mainly MODS or upgrades.I have the complete file backup of my server to automatically backed up nightly basis.

I automatically backup my databases. I've learned the hard way, too. I also keep a copy offline.

My host, URLJet, does hourly backups. It's saved me a few times too!

My database is backed up at least once a day, copy kept on host and one on local PC

Not often enough. I keep on promising myself I'll be more careful with this, but I know the host takes them, so I'm getting lazy. Should do it though, it's always good to rely on your own stuff than wait for others do do your job.
