Maybe it's just a linkbait tactic to everyone talking about it. :D

Whoever posted that message is probably as in the dark as everyone else - and biting their tongue while dealing with great frustration. Communication is certainly not the forte of Puerto Rico's own version of the Son of Anarchy - at least not in the sense of being even remotely consistent with planetary time zones.

That sounds rather confusing Joe :) So, no one has any real news or info on the website itself? It has been in limbo for a little while now. I have heard rumors of forum owners looking into a class action lawsuit versus Crawlability for not providing the service they promised. As far as I can tell, just rumors, but seems much more curious with the site all down like that.

I have zero respect for Juan who took down vbseo and no one is informed about the future of vbseo, access to their download area and so on.

He can't do that. Customers pay money to have access to the download area. He is ruining his life like this by building a bad reputation for himself by showing he is irresponsible and a selfish person.

It was a very wordy way of saying: Juan isn't a fast communicator (obviously). He's reasonably good at it whenever he makes an appearance once every year or so. ;)

The only potential for profits from a class action suit would be the proceeds of the sale of the project "Fanversation", which has now been renamed according to Delaware Corp records.

So, then it has been proven that Topify AKA Fanversation was done using the resources of Crawlability?

I don't know the legal recourse. As a layman on the topic, I'd only assume that if a class action lawsuit was successful that the legal team would then go after his resources from the proceeds of sales of all assets created by the company. Then again, supposedly, no such relationship existed. Go figure.

It's dead and not coming back.

But it got a 35+ page thread with lies and half truths as a going away party at least.

I hope that he keeps not giving a [****][****][****][****] if someone takes the product and starts developing and selling it again.

Under the negotiations I am under explicit contractual obligation to not release any details to you Joe or your sister Ilia, sorry. You will have to ignore my future posts. Thank you for your understanding.
