What annoyed me today was that the weather couldn't make up it's mind. One hour it was partly sunny, the next hour it looked like it was going to rain.

I find it interesting how despite the fact the UK's got stranger weather than the US, it's the US members here who are apparently experiencing the freak changes in weather while over here in the UK it's basically been bone dry and sunny in general.

As for what's annoying me today... not much to be honest. Which is probably a first.

As far as GoDaddy give them a quick call and tell them this was a mistake, you'll get a refund, I have in the past. Then review all your domains to ensure they're not set for auto-renew. Been there and done that too.

Now, what pissed me off today? Same thing that does everyday - the political class here in the US pisses me off with nearly every headline, news blurb or even surfing the TV and accidentally landing on a new station.

I'm just generally sick of the lies, corruption and total BS. Thanks for the thread and allowing me to release some steam. Cheers! :evillaugh:

OMG - I have a brand new, farm fresh rant - This really frosts my posterior.

When you download a new whatever, in my case upgrading/renewing my anti-virus software I guess "caveat emptor" applies. Beware is the keyword. Beware of what? The Google Chrome option box that is already checked for you and in fine print.

Yes, don't want Google Chrome but didn't pay close enough attention? BANG - there it is in all its stupid glory and low and behold 1/2 of my desktop icons, specifically and carefully chosen, are now globes.

So I go into to my control panel to remove Google Chrome and on the way to dumping it more boxes checked to give me Interest Explorer as my default browser and some other foolish boxes you better pay close attention to.

I use Firefox and I'm most likely not changing - this is not my first browser rodeo or Internet experience - that began around 1994 or was it '93???

This is the second time in 3 days I got the Google Chrome crap-sandwich buffet installed and I'm really, as the thread title implies - Really pissed off today! And....now :ifeellikecrap:

The only place I like Chrome is on my ride. What pisses me off is riding the back roads of Washington avoiding all the crazies on the main highways, enjoying the scenery, piece and quiet of the ride only to come upon a Sunday driver going slow through the twisty turnies. To top it all off, its fire season, no burning bans everywhere and this dipshit throws a butt out the window. I stopped and picked his still lit butt up, rode up beside him and flicked it in through his open window. 2 hours later on my return trip he was still in the ditch waiting for a tow truck.

I moved my board from vBulletin to Xenforo a little over a week ago and opted not to import the photo albums as there weren't very many and XF doesn't have albums.

A few days after the import a member complains that he had photos in an album that he didn't backup. I offered to look for them. I downloaded a 10GB backup off my backup hosting. Extracted it, found his attachments, moved them to their own folder, deleted all non-image attachments, and zipped them and uploaded them, this was a 500MB file.

Dude downloads the zip and complains that he cannot open any of the images. D'Oh I was able to see them because I was using Ubuntu which recognized the content type. Windows doesn't recognize .attach. So I pulled the zip down, changed the file extension to .jpg, rezipped and uploaded again.

It's been about a week and the guy still hasn't downloaded the @$^@^!* file! I explained to him that we'd be moving to a new VPS and I wouldn't have as much storage space to play around with.

I went out of my way twice to get you your pictures that you say cannot be replaced and you cannot be bothered to click a damn link! WTF

Abysmal transfer speeds. I ordered an SSD VPS from my current provider and am in the process of tranfering my DJ forum over to it. I'm getting 1.6MB/s between the two servers. What are kidding me I can get that on my home connection!

They have to have it capped somewhere.

What annoyed me today is that I was working on the internet on my home computer, then all of a sudden, the power went out due to stormy weather.

Forgot to update that. I dropped a ticket to the support people and they uncapped the connection. It was capped at 10 mb/s so I wouldn't go over my bandwidth allotment.

Open up that :locked: port dude let me worry about bandwidth overages.

What annoyed me today was that I was driving my vehicle down the road, and I got behind some guy who was driving too slow.

Some people who drive too slow are in there own little world, aren't they?

It's still illegal to kill stupid people. Of course, this has pissed me off every day of my life. But still ...

The noise on my street pissed me off tonight. There are numerous college age kids acting rowdy outside on my street. They are wasted out of their minds and yelling obscenities towards one another. One of them just jumped into my neighbor's bushes and vomited on the lawn afterwards. I live fairly close to three colleges so this is standard fare for the fall semester. Things will cool down when midterms and finals roll around. ARGH.

What annoyed me today is that nowadays their are so many radio stations on the FM dial in America that much of the time radio stations interfere with each other.

It's especially irritating when I'm listening to a good song on a good radio station, only to have another station interfere with that station.

Yesterday, my power went out for over 5 hours. In the process of the lights going out I lost the potential to earn over $700. You can say that I was pretty upset from that.
