The reason for selling is, I don't use it anymore, and in this way somebody could use it, get it cheaper.
The support for the license is renewable at anytime for $25 in the IPS Client Center.

    Type of License: Standard
License Support Expiration: Expired 14 August 2012
Cost: 90$ (Standard License cost 175$ from IPS)

    Screenshot from IPS Client Center:

Note:I cannot transfer the license, I'm willing to sell the whole account.

If you are interested please contact me.

Good luck. Not the best time to be selling an IPB license.

There was a time when I would have agreed with you but as I have been watching The Decline and Fall of the vBulletin Empire I've also been keeping an eye on IPB and what they're doing (as well as participating in one IPB forum regularly). At some point, I don't think there's any question that I'll be migrating away from vBulletin and if it happens sooner rather than later it will be to IPB, not Xenforo. I see potential in Xenforo but it's just not there yet for me, IMO.

What potential do you see and what about Xenforo makes it "not there yet" IYO?

About a year ago I would have mirrored this view, but then I spent a full year and many thousands of dollars working toward moving my sites to IPB. That's what it took to teach me that it's a mistake to contemplate moving to IPB, now my sites are on Xenforo instead and I have a dozen unused IPB licenses.

Xenforo has not the manpower to go in direct competition with IPB or vBulletin does two have a suite with blog, cms and in case of IPB gallery, downloads. Xenforo makes a good forum software but these days websites are more then forums only. People these days want a one stop know all system a forum can provide news and so on but its nicer when you have a good page to show it so cms is good for that and that way you provide more. Xenforo with only two developers just cant develop this fast against IPB, vB they can out run because there jokers when it comes to developing, the biggest plusses Xenforo has is that developers are fammous and they know how to program without many errors.
