Does anybody have a good place where I can buy my graphics, my forums domain recently changed and I'm in need of a new logo and I'm willing to pay 20-30 $. If anybody could point me in the right direction I'd be thankful. Also please only list people that do the GFX fast and very high quality for the price.

Before I purchase graphics I always attempt to see if anyone will voluntarily create GFX without a cost but when I'm willing to buy GFX I usually go to other forums and ask if anyone is willing. I recommend you check out some other forums but if you do find someone be sure that they don't overcharge you as this has occurred to a lot of people before.

Whenever I see people that make free GFX I always get one of two things, either it's trashy and it's someone new just making gfx to get better or it's a service requested by tons of people it takes AGES to get your GFX done and the person may even forget, a logo means a lot so I think it's best to just purchase one off a professional.

Well, this depends on how much you are willing to shell out. There are places like fiverr where you can get almost any task done for 5 USD and then there are sites like microworkers too where they shelling out is affordable for new websites. And if your budgets are higher, you can try out with 99designs - they have some good designers and expensive ones who specialize in Logos and Business Stationary.

Note: personally I dont recommend any websites as this is a subjective thing which depends on - your budgets, criteria and other limitations.

I make my own. The laws pertaining to creative arts copyright pretty much require it unless one has thousands of dollars to drop on purchasing the rights to a design.
If you can purchase the rights to a design for a small amount it usually indicates the design is far less than professional.
Purely as an example, my avatar here is originally 3000 by 3000 pixels, has 27 layers and took me several hours to do. And it's not all that complicated a design.
But if I were going to do it for someone else it would cost six hours of design time to layer, rasterize, slice, etc.

If you give me some idea of what you want I might know someone who can do it.
What kind of forum is it?
Do you want want lettering or something more graphics intensive?

I tried Fiverr for a logo, and whilst someone did make a good quality logo for me it was too...business-like. I had a friend make me one too, and we've decided to go with that.

So yeah, friends or online graphics designers. Fiverr has plenty.

If you aren't interested in developing your own graphics (I almost failed art back in high school) then a place like Fiverr is phenomenal for most graphic design but it all depends on how strict your criteria will be. You get what you pay for typically applies to Fiverr but then again, people are making A LOT of money re-selling Fiverr gigs to those who don't know about them.

    I agree with you.

Another reason why I would make my own would be that I know what type of graphics I want.

I think that the combination of having a very low budget and wanting the work completed quickly will almost always guarantee poor results. If you want better results you'll need to aim a little bit higher.

I've tried one "1 day" guy will terrible luck. His reviews are at like 99% for 4XX reviews but honestly I'm pretty sure he just took a font from a website and delivered it. Terrible looking.

I just purchased a gig last night from a 4 day guy to see how it comes out. I'm terrible at Graphics, and the friends I have aren't graphic talented at all.
