What do you do with a dead forum?

    It depends on what type of content is left on the forum. If there is good content, I would either try to sell it or close it down and plan what I can do with it.

    If it is dead and there is nothing valuable in the forum, I would just close it down and delete it. However, I am sure I would learn something from that venture.

    It all depends if the niche is still relevant in today's lifestyle, if it is then I'm sure you could sell it off to someone who wants the challenge of restarting it or even to someone who already has a similar forum already.

    I know it can be hard to just delete all that work after you put so much effort into it, so why not just try and pass it on to someone else who has the passion to do it like you did be you first started it.

    The only time I can consider closing it down will be when it does not generate any revenue at all, but as long as a small amount of cash is trickling in, I say you let it hang in there :)
