WTS xenforo license with one year of updates

I'm looking to sell my extra xenforo license, it does need renewed which is $40.

So you mean you want $110 for it to be able to Transfer ?

No problem, it's been a while since I've listed anything.
The license has expired and will.need to be renewed to transfer.
That will give the new owner one year of updates.
It will cost me $40 to renew

I can go $90 for the license, that would give me $50 after I'd renew it and transfer it over.
I'd really like to get more but I'd also like to get ride of it quickly.

I see you are getting almost nothing out of it but you must also think that i'm buying a License which i (myself) can't resell it due 1 time Transfer.
