So, why don't we all come up with a list of interview questions - just incase we're able to interview a forum owner or a staff members. This would make it easier for us - in terms of having questions already for an interview.

    So let's start: I have a few:
What made you comeup with your forum name?
How long have you been a forum owner? Is this your first forum?
How much of an impact has Facebook or twitter had your forums?
What's one of the biggest obstacles your community had to endure?

How about you? Feel free to share many questions.

If you could give just one tip on why your forum is successful, what would you say?
What is the best way to make money from my forums?
How do you attract active members to your forums?
How do you find another admin on the internet that is knowledgeable and trustworthy?

Here are some from my side:

Do you offer remuneration to your moderators?
Do you reward your active members that have good number of posts?
How do you deal with competition?
What forum software do you use and why?

Excellent questions you two. I'm pretty sure once we get our interviews section moving forward, hopefully some of these questions are asked. @Brandon
