Is there a website for graphics requests?

I know how to use photoshop and frankly, I love
it. I'm running out of ideas, though. Is there a website where people
can ask other people to make them graphics... like for use on other
websites?

well i have my own graphics site which can be forund in the advertisement section. Its called graphics section. I cant give you the link here so you will have to search for it.

I only actually show some banners, my avatar and a phone pic there. You may like the phone pic (everyone else does, but I really don't know why).

 

I don't want to bring you down but it isn't that good my advice go and read some tutorials and try out new things.
