What is the first thing you do when you log into your forum?

I usually look at the post count and see if there is any increase. If there is, then obviously there are more posts which I attempt to reply to them and try to make users welcome. I look around for any issues (as I have a debate forum, so things can get heated) and answer any PMs. Replying to introductions and answering suggestions/feedback is also high up on the list as you do want to be helping the community.
