Forum Tab

    Minor skin issue on the forum tab. Using Google Chrome, this is how it appears when the mouse is not hovered over the link:

    Just to clarify, this also goes for the "Rules" and "What's New" tabs.

    If you click the tab and load the page, the tab shows the same way.

    Alright, this is the same image that appears on every tab so it will effect every tab in NavBar. I will change this with something less opaque.
