WAMP is a software bundle. It is an acronym for the following keywords:
    Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Python/Perl

The first letter of each word is used to spell out the software bundle.

If you haven't heard of it, you're missing out. I use it all the time.
It is a package that includes all elements of hosting a web server.

It's freeware, and I use it to create a "localhost" website to test on my PC, with full PHP and MySQL database functionality, before I upload it. Of course, it comes with Apache

    Try it out! :D

I use WAMP on my local computer to test and run scripts, WAMP is a great thing no doubt. I'm still discovering it though.
