I can see that a lot of work has gone into typing out the rules for the site, and I applaud your efforts. :)

I do have one small suggestion. Under the following section

Referring to such subjects as "nonsense" may be offensive to some members or visitors, and they may feel their opinions and values are discounted. People are fickle creatures, and easily offended by the silliest things when it comes to unfamiliar administrators.

It might prevent some hurt feelings if the word nonsense were changed to something such as "matters" or "subjects" as a point of diplomacy.

Your receptiveness to feedback is a mark of a good admin. :)

I did not want to nitpick on language flaws, because it seems English is not your first language. However, I agree that the site will look more professional if the typos and grammatical errors are corrected, so I will be glad to help you find them.

The bolded red words are not necessary. The message makes sense without them, and would be more concise.

    Recommended changes submitted in bold.

    1) Changed "remove" to "assist in the removal of" to minimize confusion. If people click Report and the post is not removed, they may click it again, thinking it did not work properly.

    2) Other grammatical errors noted.
Grammatical errors corrected in bold red.
    Suggested change to reduce redundancy.
    Suggested changes in bold red.

Aside from the changes noted above, well done!
