What modification is this site using to display the number of unread post under the username?

I found one by Paul M, Display Unread Posts and New Reputation Comments - vBulletin.org Forum

But I'am not sure if that is the same one as the one installed here.

I've been slowly whittling away at the unread posts myself and I'm still not done

 

It's okay, I'm currently at over 340 unread posts. I'm so behind. And I never cheat either, so I'm going to be doing a lot of reading tonight. :speechless:
