I get those occasionally, generally they are a high profile customer with $ to spend for special needs, and calling them leads to good things. There is a footnote in the email that says it is for your eyes only.

If it were me I'd call and figure out what is happening. Regardless of what is really happening, clear communications work best for me.
I just emailed them again about the alleged copyrighted content, and some other stuff, I guess if its not resolved by monday ill phone them. Its not your company We believe you may have contact details for a company You web host for !
