I am ****ed off! :mad2: It snowed almost all week and most of last week. Thought for sure we were gonna have snow for Christmas. But nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo..... It's gonna rain, and get up to 42 which means that most of the 1" of snow we have on the ground now will melt, making the roads slippery when I have to drive to work Christmas night. But OF COURSE... it's going to snow - and pretty hard I might add - THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr..... :mad2:
Try our weather. Yesterday it was 71 and today we have snow with blizzard conditions 30 degrees and slated for up 20's tomorrow. I LOVE IT!!!. After spending the last 20 years in Arizona believe me I'm enjoying it.
I hear ya June. Born and raised in Florida, I absolutely LOVE the cold snowy weather here in Ohio. I've been here for 5 yrs now and wouldn't move back to Florida for anything.
I can't tell you how I long to move to Arizona! I've seen about 20 years too much of this white sh*t. :p
Yes it was very nice. Lasted 2 days. Still even have a few patches. What part of Dallas. I live on the southwest area of Ft Worth. Hey even Phoenix got snow flurries a few years ago. Course it melted about a foot off the ground. Never did wear any sweaters though. I do love them. It's suppose to snow again on Tuesday here. So we'll see.
WOW we had a storm come through here overnight that dropped first ice, then about 4" of snow in just about 6 hours. It was wild.
we had a foot of snow last week I spent xmas morning shoveling my drive so we could leave the house..lol I took some video of it with our new flip cam, but haven't uploaded it to youtube yet needless to say, it sucked!
We got another 2 - 2 1/2 " yesterday. Got a break from it today, but they're forecasting more snow for Thursday - Monday. heheheh... luvin' it!
I just wish the temp would stablize. Yesterday we got snow again. Today it was in the high 50's. I think we're suppose to stay around 40ish for the next week.
We've been in the 20's and 30's pretty much since the beginning of December. For the next solid week or so, the forcast highs are in the low 20's, lows in the teens, and snow for the next 5-7 days. on top of the 3" we still have on the ground. Yippee
Woke up this morning to another 1 1/2 " on the ground. We weren't s'posed to get that much overnight. My poor car is snowed in, and it's the one day out of the week that I have to venture out. oh yay
Snowed ALOT in the UK, 6 inches (more in some places), We haven't seen that much since 1988 (apprantly, before i was born lol..) Schools are shut, Roads closed and lots of shops haha..The snow is extremely soft and my neighbour built a 12ft snowman, he had to use ladders lol. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/8440601.stm
