This includes all forum softwares and such, so what is your most favorite forum feature? I'll go first, personally, I'm a huge fan of Visitor messaging on vBulletin software.

    How about you?

I like the alerts on xenforo forums.
It really supports forum engagement in my opinion.

The alerts, the notifications system on xenForo seems much easier on the eyes, and smoother in my opinion.

Swear theres a thread about this but anyways...

I love the Alerts aswell its amazing and you need plug-ins for vBulletin to do these alerts. (accept for PM's)

Other than the basic posts, Alerts have really been useful in keeping me alert in what's going on.

Seems everyone can agree that the alerts option on xenforo is really a good thing?
I know it's been popular on my other forum as well.
I wonder if vb and ipb will add a default feature at some point that works as well as xenforo's option, and as light as well.

Ya, its really neat. I have an alerts system on my community. It's a tagging feature and works like a charm. It gives the user an alert when they're tagged.

IPB had it before XenForo, but I think XenForo's is more effective and more oriented towards social media, which is really the evolution of forums.
