"Money-Making" e-books

Have you ever come across one of those ever-common "money-making tips" e-books that are often spammed across forums like DigitalPoint that actually works? They all seem like they are hopeless efforts to make any money. And for the ones that do work, I'd guess that a vast majority of them involve black-hat methods of some sort.

What's your view on these e-books?

 

I came across a video series on digital point that was very helpful, but never a pdf or online book.

The best tips I have seen came from just reading through forums and blogs.

I think ebooks can be a powerful asset, but for marketing your forum, and not for making money.

 

I have John Chows and a few other big name people. Also from my friend and such. Best one is build a better blog.

 

Usualy many HOW to make money ebooks are simply BS and is just a way how those selling make money with the fools money that buy such crap things ...

ya..once i visited one forum which had a "ebook bazaar" to sell ebooks which has 1000s of ebooks and i heard that most of them were really useless as told by the customers ;-) and rest were blackhat
