Massive Overhaul

    We had ALOT of forums so now I just re organized them again, and turned them into sub forums, its more organzied and easier to navigate now. I didnt delete any forum just turned them into sub forums.

    We already have enough mods, and for the themes one is enough, or I will have to do template modifications on by one on each theme when installing mods lol.
