I use this relatively popular web hosting. It is a very cheap alternative to other web hosting sites, allowing unlimited bandwidth, space, emails, and mysql databases, for a low price of 4 bucks a month. Though it isn't the most reliable, and I would not recommend this if you wanted a serious, secure site with 0 downtime, it is a good starter web host for someone a bit tight on cash.
