Amen! I'm definitely a health nut, too. I need my sleep (which I hardly get though) and a hearty breakfast at the start of each day! :woohoo:
I have a wacky sleep schedule. I try to get as much as possible, but I never do - too many ideas and thoughts floating around in my head. :spin:
Ever tried reading before bed? Seems to work... even for me; I'm easily stressed and am always worrying about something so I usually have a hard time getting to sleep, and staying asleep. Reading usually knocks me out if I read while laying down.
I used to read for at least two hours before going to bed. Lately, I haven't been taking the time to do this - I'm always either finding something else to do or pacing (literally - this is what I do when I'm stressed or have something on my mind). I'm trying to migrate myself into this schedule again... reading is something that I enjoy to do thoroughly. I'm an extreme morning person, and I'm generally up and running by 6:00 (even on weekends). This does not help the situation. :p
If I only eat one meal a day, it's breakfast. No joke, I am a huge breakfast freak. Speaking of which, the cafeteria in my dorm building has a waffle maker. A freshly made waffle, with strawberries, apples, a hint of caramel sauce and whipped cream on top is quite a way to start your day! Compliment it with some scrambled eggs and bacon, a nice tall glass of orange juice, and you're set for life!!!
I'll be preparing myself two slices of french toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, and a sliced grapefruit within the next hour. With a glass of orange juice and a cup of coffee, this will be the perfect meal... delicious!
