    Hi All,

    I am a newcomer who seeking to buy IPB and XF second hand licenses (currently asking a few of those sellers and awaiting responses). I would like to change my profile picture, but it says disabled. Is there any limitation? Thanks :)

    Yes there is is. Once you hit 25 posts all privileges kick in. This is to prevent abuse.
