Admin Experience choice

Sorry probably wrong forum but where does the ability to have those different admin experience choices come from?
plus it showing on the postbits?

Is there a mod that does that?
or am i being completely dumb and missed something on vbull

I think that would be good on our forum if it was editable.

 

It is accomplished with custom profile fields and then displaying the fields in the postbit.
