Adsense isn't a scam. Lots of people get paid everyday. Some people complain because they don't read the terms of service.
It pays pretty well. I like it, but I haven't had much success.

You should never start with more than one admin. As things get more active, hire more moderators first, then admins.

Every software has tons of bugs. That's to be expected when it first comes out. I like vB 4 and it will be top notch in a month or two.
