So I saw the thread and was wondering how to add that feature to my site, I saw one of the sites and don't really know what to do. I have a vB 4.0.8 version

Did you have a problem with Spam yet? You can try to add the Q's and A's registration field which does a good job.

I've currently enabled, email verification, and I am adding multiple Q&A, a question is randomly selected when registering, so hope this helps. Can't do much about human spammers though.

I just check and it is, I'm sure even a human spammer would be too lazy to verify, answer a question, and wait for admin validation. Might be a little work for the admins at GFx, but its worth it if it means stopping spammers.

Dont use questions like whats 5 + 1? Bots can solve those, use more complex ones like "What is the 2nd letter in the word GamingFx?" And make the answer: a Just an example bro.

O no no lol those types of questions are over used, If you try registering you'll see the question you'll get and tell me if it's complex.

There's a mod called vbStopForumSpam on vbulletin.org. I use it on two of my forums and only get about 1 spammer per month.

Its only meant to be for vb3.8.
Anyways I have the Spam-0-Matic integrated with the Stopforumspam, I love it.

One key solution from what I've heard is to change the Meta Description and Keywords. Pretty easy when Elizabeth (southernlady) points out the defaults over at TAZ.
