    I have a vbulletin 4 publishing suite license (this means you can use VB Forum, Blog, & CMS with no restrictions what so ever) and no use for it.

    I am offering the use of my vbulletin license and my web-hosting for your new or established forum (I own a webhost and can offer you free webhosting for whatever you need (you would need to purchase a domain still)). This is your forum, not mine by any means, essentially I would just be sponsoring it.

    Also as an additive bonus, the person would receive 30% off any pricing of any service I offer as well as long as the deal is held (check my website for things I offer: http://www.ntoupin.net );
    a graphic design that would normally cost you $10.00 would only cost you $7.00

    I am willing to provide these to you FOR FREE for your new or current forum (for your current forum (if not VBulletin) you would move it over to a new VB installation using my license. If it is already VBulletin you would just change the license on it and go on as you were. If you wanted to have your new forum or already established forum hosted for free by me as well that is simple as well)

    What's the catch you may ask?
    Well of course there has to be something but not much;
    All I ask in return is one or multiple if you wish of the following:
    - Permanent Ad space on the forum
    - Permanent links on the forum
    - Small "network of sites" bar on the forum (either a small bar on the bottom, top, left, right, etc. YOUR site would be included in this and it would be displayed on my sites as well)
    - Share of revenue if any (advertising revenue, etc.)
    - Possible administration (very small part, not a full time admin)/part in decision making of the forum
    - Make up something new! (if you have any ideas)

    You don't need to do all of these, of course the more you do the more I would be grateful for you returning the favor of my offer.

    I do have years of experience owning and administrating forums of my own as well as moderating others and other such positions so rest assured if you would like me to have some sort of position I would not be new at it and could fill it well.
    (Please note: I am not too interested in "co-administrating" a forum completely at this point in time if it demanded a lot of time. I have several sites of my own, I'm a full time college student, and I work; My spare time for such a thing would be limited)

    Now the forum would be yours; if you wanted to stop the deal at any time you could as it is your forum (you would have to find your own license obviously to move somewhere else).

    I ask you to please be patient with my response and don't take it personal if I don't accept you. I can only accept one.

    You may post or PM me with the following information. Please be sure you are up for this and won't randomly back down after you PM or post. If you PM or Post I am expecting you are sure you want to go through with it so please take everything into consideration.

    [Name]
    [Age]
    [New forum or established one?(link to forum if it exists already)]
    [Forum Genre]
    [Your experience owning/administrating forums - please link your previous forums/positions on forums]
    [Your goal]
    [Why you want to take this deal]
    [What would you do in return for me? (see above for options or make up your own]

    Please fill this out to the best of your ability. I hope to find someone that really wants this for their community, good luck everyone.

    Thanks for the support Kaiser and yes it is indeed a great offer and it won't be available for too long so take advantage of it.

    If you have a established forum and always wanted a "professional" forum software such as Vbulletin over that free phpbb or smf you're using then this is your chance to get it without having to spend $300 on a license for it.

    Or if you wanted to start a brand new forum but didn't have the money to get that license you wanted for Vbulletin to do what you really wanted with the forum.. don't waste any time :)

    I don't believe it could possibly be illegal in any way. I own the license, it will only be used on one site. There is no rule with VB saying you personally have to use your license .

    I have three of these just laying around collecting dust.. Seems even almost giving a vB4 license away is tough these days.
