Congrats! Hopefully they will take what the testers have to say to heart and act on it this time around.
Very tempting but I don't think I will have the time to do so. Does anyone know if they require you to have any specific knowledge for anything?
I've only been able to play around with vbulletin 5 maybe an hour or two, but I have been able to chime in on discussion about enhancing the product. I think if you think you'll have time to install the script and look around a little, you'd be able to help. I'd suggest applying but I like new stuff..lol
I really want to kick the tires and see if I should plan to upgrade when 5.0 rolls out and the hacks catch up or if I should wait until 5.1. It'd be really nice if they cleaned up the ACP and gave it some AJAX lovin' (ala Xenforo). It has to be intimidating to newbies, 3.5's ACP was intimidating to me what I first started out.
I was thinking about mailing but haven't had the time at the moment. I applied, not really having high hopes since I don't post much on vb.com. 5 posts since 09.
Email. The address is in the original post. I sent back the NDA the same day and haven't heard anything back.
I printed out the NDA, signed but decided against sending it back. The main reasons are the passages to never criticize IB, the product and all other things related to them.
