God, I just want it to end so I can stop hearing about this damn lawsuit everywhere. Also, am I the only one who's a bit disturbed by how people are immediately assuming the system is corrupt purely because it wasn't dismissed today? I have feeling some people see it less as a legal matter and more 'individuals vs big business' and would consider Kier to be right regardless.
I'm just ready for it to be over with as well, but the main thing pushing me is development of xenforo.
How is that disturbing? I mean, this case has dragged on for too long already. The case has been around since 2 years ago. The judge seems to favor Internet Brands since he hasn't thrown out the case yet. I mean, I understand he's inundated with cases, but geez, if I were him. I would have just thrown the case out pronto.
No you aren't the only one disturbed or concerned by it. i share the same sentiments as you and usually it is overzealous supporters who i've notice(Such as my good friend lol). As soon as we found out the info yesterday, he was saying "IB paid the judge" lol. lol i am ready for this be over not so much because i care about xenforo(i dont) or IB(i dont) but it's ashame that so many admin forums are solely being defined by this ridiculous case. But at the same time, i enjoy the reactions of people on various sites in regards to this case and the forum lawyers i come across
