I like Google+ the most because it works and looks best but I use Facebook most because not many of my friends are willing to change over to G+ yet.

It is! Your circles are there, your friends are there, and everything in between.

I don't prefer any. I use them all. with the social media sharing XF came with, it's easy to just click on those buttons and have it work ;)

Google+ is still looking like a ghost town though, its need more activity before its actually used by a lot of people. I'll admit I do share stuff to it sometimes, but I'm not very active on it.

Thanks for pointing that out to me.

Facebook is my most used social networking site. Twitter gets 2nd place but I tried it just recently so I'm still not really hooked into it yet. G+? Nah, I'll wait till my friends go there then I'll try it. Social networking sites are not worth it if you are the only person there. You need your friends and relatives to get into it before it becomes even remotely worthy of trying. Its called social networking not socialize-by-yourself networking right?

I only have a few friends on Twitter, others I met on Twitter. My bro @Brandon is one of the people that I know and follow on Twitter. My real life friends don't follow me on twitter, nor do they know my account name. I promote things that I don't want them really to see. Facebook on the other hand? My community has its own page and if i write a certain blog post, I link my friends to it, so that I can get more "likes" on facebook. I have a few blog posts with over 12+ facebook likes, because the blog posts were very inspirational.

Facebook likes help with SEO usually, right? @Dan Hutter

I think so. Everyone says they do, I wouldn't know. I will start pushing content to FB and Twitter one of these days.

BTW I'm on the same page as you with Twitter not carrying over to people I know in person. I'm always amazed when I see someone local with a Twitter handle, TBH we seem to be behind the times in my neck of the woods.

It's because I follow too many people as is, and really I don't want my friends all up in my business. Some know that I work online, and support me, others really don't. It's not like I don't have anything to hide, its just I don't care for them to know what I be doing.

I also experienced that before. I don't want my friends and my family members to know what I'm up to yet I also want to connect with them. That's why I made two twitter accounts. One is for my online ventures and businesses and the other one is for my personal usage. The good thing is that its been working with me so far and I managed to separate my business life from my personal life.

Google+ looks and sounds the best yet I still haven't joined it. I don't know, I'm already on Facebook, and even though I hate it, I use it a lot to send messages and even to sell stuff in groups. All of my friends are there and only a few have really moved to G+.

I also have a Twitter account but never use it. I just don't like Twitter. There's too much crap in my newsfeed even though I just follow a few accounts.

Google: The best search engine for researching stuff. Gmail is my choice of webmail. Not interested in google+-
Facebook: Using this to communicate with my friends and getting to know new people. Also participating in Groups.
Twitter: This is my first choice to check the latest news.

Facebook is certainly having the most members in the social networking game. But they certainly havent made their investors happy. The failure of their IPO is the best example for that. Twitter so far didnt even have a revenue model, though they have started one now. The success of it shall depend on their model.

Google so far is the best of all. Facebook didnt reach where they are right now in a fortnight. Google is certainly growing at a high rate that it shall certainly pose a huge risk to Facebook in the coming years.

I still prefer Facebook but I am keeping an eye on Google+'s progress. I think that Google+ has its own set of fans who are using it daily and eventually Google+ would become as successful as Facebook. Twitter is in a different league altogether and I use it regularly to connect with my follower base.

In my opinion Facebook and Twitter are the best ones in getting targeted traffic to a website. Though if you need partners or any kind of ad exchange then Google+ is the social network made for you. It is quite easy to get to know to internet marketers there and personally I have made some useful contacts in there.

Though I have accounts on all of them, I find using Facebook is easier to me. At least I can chat with friends (though I don't) and also posts lengthy content (unlike twitter where I have to send some text messages to keep them within the limits). I haven't used much of Google+

More or less the same. I don't like any of them. I do use FB and Twitter, though (not G+). I have an audience there and because they all use them, then I really can't afford to avoid them entirely. I don't actively use them nearly as much as I should, though.

I rather use Pinterest. I have never seen a social network grow like this in such a short span of time, and its quite easy to use, and within no less, you shall soon be addicted to it.
