Y'know what bothers me? vBulletin pretty much trolled us at ForumCon.

What gets me is that at ForumCon, one of the most offensive things to come out of ForumCon was all of Internet Brands' panel slides.

The way that they're saying "Panda didn't like blogs." Means that they don't give two limey $#!^ about blogs, regardless of the fact that the C.E.O. has his own blog. Regardless of the fact that vBulletin 3/4 has blogs more or less integrated. Some of their sites are powered by a ASP blog platform like this one here.

#@^&ing contradictory, isn't it? Yeah. It gets worse.

They're saying that adoption for blogs is less than what is perceived on the internet. I don't even know where they're getting these numbers. Wordpress says on some blog posts, they have around or over 5 million downloads for some versions of their blog software.

What's worse is that niche blogs rack up more than 100,000 views or uniques without any marketing or advertising dollars spent. Those that spend money on marketing or advertising their blogs rack up more than 200,000 views or uniques, per month, not per year, like MW3Blog did over the last year.
