I have recently finished writing my first forum admin ebook, which is free to download here. It details how a forum works, how to properly plan for it, what to look for in a hosting account, how to budget, choose the appropriate script etc. It covers topics from this 'planning' stage and initial setting (with ideas of how to best configure your forum, create categories) to getting your first members and some traffic.

It's ideal for new forum admins and some more experienced ones, since it covers a lot of information. I have based it on my 10 years of experience as a forum admin and I really hope it will help you cut some corners into your own forum development, by avoiding some of the mistakes many of us made.

Feel free to read and enjoy.

Thank you guys for the support. I should prepare an .epub version too. Maybe on the second edition, which will be improved (there's still a lot to improve :D)

I love my Kindle even more than I did my iPod. They'll pry it from my cold dead hands. :D
