Premium Section

Hi all,

My question is surrounding premium sections on forums, I want to set up a Premium Members are on my community where people who have donated to my forums get access to forums that none premium members can't access.

The problem is my site is a general chat community & off topic forums so I'm wondering what categories I could have in the premium area.

For example on sites that offer software and addons in the premium area there may be a forum that offers addons just for premium members only.

So this is where I need some help does anyone have any idea of categories I could have in my premium section on a General chat site?

 

I really don't know what you could put into the premium section because your forum is general chat forum :S I didn't saw any forum like yours to have premium sections...
Maybe you should just put the Donate button?

 

I know what you mean but I'd like to give my members a benefit for donating if you get me?

 

All I can really think of, is adding a reputation system or something similar, giving premium members a greater range of use (ie +3/-3 rep instead of +1/-1). I guess you could also consider a group chat area, premium members gain access, and it can be used to exchange items or details etc.

 

If the forum allows maybe a over 18 section

 

Maybe just give them a private section just for premium members to chat? Or maybe hire some graphics people and have them make graphics for premium members? Just throwing around ideas.
