Kaiser, founder and admin of AdminBB answers our questions.
    -----------------------------------------------------------
    1) Can we know more about you, Kaiser?
Sure, my name is Kaiser (You guys know that already :P). I just turned 17 this month on the 2nd of May. I enjoy most of my time being around family and friends. Some of my favorite things to do is of course running AdminBB, aside from the internet I enjoy traveling around. I have been to many places and there are still quite a few places I still want to visit, maybe Paris one day. I love to always try new things, and I am very easy to get along with if you get to know me. Life is good :)

    2) How did you start your webmaster career, was it a part of your study?
Nope, it was not apart of my study. It all started through gaming, I used to be a hardcore gamer back then, which I am not anymore (I actually don't find gaming fun anymore, and just don't have the time for it either). I was invited to a clan forum, and thats where it all started.. from then on I started foruming, which soon lead me to start my own forum, and other things. This was years ago. Over time I have learned so much, its quite an experience.

    3) What will be the future of AdminBB in your opinion?
Ever since it has has officially opened back in November 16th, it has been doing great. It went inactive when I was on a 3 month leave due to personal problems so I couldn't come on. It didn't take to too long for me to get it back alive but it did take a lot of hard work and dedication, since then it has been doing great. There have been many controversies such as countless spam attacks on it, which I was able to take care of and handle. Recently I had to ban one of our competitors who runs another AdminForum on Xenforo for spamming. And then we had someone spam AdminBB's link across drug websites, impersonating me by using my full name, and last name. The person who did it, had the intention of trying to ruin my reputation, along with AdminBB's. It caused massive spam registrations, about 50 to be exact. But me and my other Admin Ashley.S. took care of that. I know who the person is behind it, and we will be taking action for that, and so far the evidence that we have proves that it's one of our competitors. It's pretty sad what people do to try and bring down forums, but in the end it only harms them. We don't let these situations stop us from being the best, with having "real" content and "legit" members. It only makes us stronger. I see a great future ahead for AdminBB, it has been around for 5 months, and surely it will be around for many more years to come.

    4) You had developed the MyTheme plugin for MyBB. Is there anyother plugins for MyBB or other scripts that you have developed?
The MyTheme plugin was very basic and easy to do, and alot of people like it as its integrates nicely with every theme, and the fact that its the only MyBB theme changer that allows you to directly link to individual themes. Makes it real easy for theme developers. Another mod I had developed was the Board Message Add-on for Xenforo, which lets you display a message to your members and guests. It's very simple and took me about 5 minutes to make, I originally made it just for AdminBB but decided to release it so that others can find it helpful. I find myself making more themes now more than mods, specifically for Xenforo. I have made 2 themes for it, and am working on others.

    5) You started AdminBB on Xenforo during the early beta releases of it, and it proved your decision to be a good one. What made you trust a beta product?
It was because of its roots, many don't know that the guys behind Xenforo were once apart of vBulletin. Kier Darby, used to be the lead developer of vBulletin who is the founder of XenForo along with Mike who was also a vBulletin developer, the reason vBulletin is doing so horrible is because they are gone. I bought my Xenforo license when Xenforo was only at Beta 3 which was in its very early stages. Many people criticized me for using a beta in its early stages on a live forum, but I proved them wrong with AdminBB's success, not to mention its the first Admin Forum on Xenforo :P

    6) Whats your advise to new webmasters in managing and developing a community?
My advice would be to always learn from your mistakes and improve. When you are first starting a community, always listen to what people have to say about it. Take their advice.. don't be upset if you are not happy with the feedback. Always have a nice and friendly attitude with your members and don't try to be a dictator. Dont advertise your forum when its incomplete, try not to have too many sections, I see many new forum admins having a lot of sections which are useless. And most importantly fill in those sections with content so it doesn't look empty. And last but not least have a nice layout, it will attract the members.

    7) In the recent development in Social Network sites, what will be the future of Forums?
I never understood why people worry about social networks affecting forums, to me they are completely two different things, and I don't worry much about them.

    8) And finally, what’s your view about Script Installs Community?
Its a great forum, I really enjoy the theme. I can see it being a big success. It has a lot of potential, and not to mention Kavin is a great guy :)
