Yea, it does look like a very good port, but I can't see it being too much of an issue though because you'll find that most theme developers will port default styles from other software's all the time...

But I dont see how vBulletin can allow this to be posted when they are suing Xenforo for copyright infringement, and that theme is using official xenforo images which is illegal.

Meh. It's out there now whether it's removed from vB.org or not, it'll pop up on warez sites shortly. That's just the name of the game.

It looks like it's a third party style....so VB have nothing to do with it really

Yea they do, because its posted on their site, so if someone posts a warez link on AdminBB does it not have anything to do with us, as its being distributed here?

Well I suppose, if your lucky they'll remove it, but as Mikey has said, it won't stop it suddenly becoming available on the Warez sites, etc. as it's made by a third party and not VB itself.

Yea I agree with Mikey on that. But vB allowing it to be posted doesn't change the fact that its not right as it contains xenforo images and gradients.

I don't think VB.org is owned by VB though, or at least it's not run by them, as I don't see any IB staff there at all, so it would be up to the VB.org owners/staff to make a decision to remove it or not.

vB.org is owned by them, its their official modifications site. They use that for releasing themes and addons instead of of using the support forum.

Yea I know that but if you dont believe me you can ask the people there, its their official modifications forum. It is apart of vBulletin.com.

It mentions it in the client area, you have to have a vbulletin license to download from vb.org

Your right it is owned by them. You have to have a license number in order to download stuff off the site.
