So a person has been impersonating me online and has been posting as me on big drug websites spamming AdminBB's link, using my full name and mostly my last name. I already know who it is and I have decent proof of it being that person, and someone has given me advice to contact the local police.

I would have never thought of this, but if you think about it, impersonating someone is completely illegal and is a way of harassment and is considered fraud. He is giving out my private personal information such as my name, but most importantly using it to spam AdminBB's link on drug websites. If you guys got any advice, im listening :)

Taking your name is a first; they might even make AdminBB.com or .net and put kaiser as username, think of it in this way you are loved LOL but call 911

I've never seen any contact the local police about things that happen online, unless they steal your bank information and such. But, I wish you nothin but the best of luck with this.

Its still not a small issue, this guys is posting as me on drug forums telling people to join AdminBB to sell their illegal drugs. Not to mention he is impersonating me by using my full name which should be private, and he is putting it all over the internet.

In your situation contact the police asap; some serious damage can be caused and two situations you can be put in...

Police/Feds - Checking your computer for drug forum threads or checking your room because someone has called 911 because of the threads.

    or

You - You can call the police and get them to be interviewed and then you have the right to charge them for those offense.

I doubt that the police will do much, if anything, with this. They have bigger fish to fry than settling forum spats. Oftentimes they won't even track down known drug dealers or prostitutes, because they're too busy responding to traffic accidents, domestic disputes, theft, murder, etc. They're not going to care that somebody has registered at a forum using your name, even if they're making false accusations.

Unless you have actually suffered financial loss, physical harm, or feel that your safety or well-being is in jeopardy, you won't get anywhere with this.

If you were a known public figure, you could go after them for impersonation or defamation. That would require an attorney and would require you to have lost something substantial, other than just pride or a handful of forum members.

I can't remember quite what happened, but there was a person here on AdminBB who posed as you and gave me a warning via PM for an infraction that I didn't even so much as recall committing. I reported the PM and just ignored it afterwords, as I knew it wasn't really you. I think I brought it up with Joker when he was still on staff, as I think that was the time you were absent for so long.

It just dawned on me too that I remember that his username was similar to yours as well, except his was spelled "Kaizer", so I actually knew it was a fake, especially since it didn't have your rank under his name.
