Yeah maybe. Even though it is IIII it still looks really good. If the text was better, it would look really professional.

 

To me its pretty good but for the number I'm not sure if he used letters, I think he used and image of a clock and set it to overlay or some similar effect.

 

I think it was an image used but the text saying "Mohammed" and "Back In Time" is quite difficult to read and I think it should have been on the right instead of the left. It looks a little "heavy" on the left.
