A little bit of advice.

    I've noticed a lot of closed threads in the feedback area. My advice here and concern is that your closing down dialogue prematurely and not giving your members the respect nor the time to communicate further.

    My advice here is keep your threads open to further dialogue because often than not hammered out suggestions/feedback whatever becomes refined as threads evolve which I feel your not giving a chance to mature. In the long term it'll benefit your forum and stop your members walking away from a thread feeling frustrated.

    I agree with you Shelly, personally I do not like to lock feedback threads unless it is absolutely necessary for the very reasons you have pointed out, but sadly myself & Kaiser have different views & ways to deal with feedback threads :(

    I do not either, just that I have my reasons and I dont lock them just for no reason. Im not very good at explaining my reasons..
