I made my first forum at the age of eleven. If I remember right, it was a hacking forum. :P

Pretty new to it, but you are doing great. Try to to stop using freeforumhosts and try using forum scripts, (where you upload to your own host) will improve your knowledge.

Yeah, I'll eventually start doing that. I'm saving up to get a Vbulltin licenses. Just not sure if I should go with the forum subject I have for my forum now or something completely different.

A hacking forum? You mean like the bad kind of hacking? I can't see that sort of site going anyplace, or if it does get anywhere, I wouldn't expect it to get very far.

Anyway, I was about 20 when I started my first forum. Either nineteen and a half or twenty. Somewhere around that area. It was right after I graduated high school, anyway.

Not too long at all. Only about... well, it'll be four years in August. Don't remember the exact date, though. I actually feel I've improved a lot since then. I've been able to keep a constant routine going of bumping up stats, replying to and starting new posts, and I think as of now it's just a routine that I've finally gotten into and I'm really enjoying it. I still have my days when I just want to say screw it and throw the whole thing out, but I honestly think I've come a long way in four years.

We all have those days, but thats not the right thing to do, we have to follow our passion.

That's true. And don't worry, I have no intentions of giving up, no matter how many of those days I have. Ashley.S. has been able to convince me to keep going with this site, and I need all the encouragement I can get, because I definitely don't want to stop now.

Aren't there child safety/security rules (i.e. COPPA) that prevent you from doing that before you're 13? o_O

I started my first forum when I was 15(?) and it was kinda awful. lol
