I am in the process of refining my company’s visual identity and am considering hiring a professional brand design agency.

There are many options available; some focus on strategy, others on visuals, and many promise full service solutions.

For those who have gone through this process, what criteria did you use to evaluate agencies? What red flags should I watch out for?

The .zip file includes the small version previewed as well as a larger version that are the same height as the smaller version so you can set it up to have the large image show up when they scroll over the buttons.
